ROBERT CARLTON, BRANCH MANAGER
FRISCO OFFICE
We are very proud to announce that Robert Carlton has been promoted to the
position of Branch Manager of the Frisco Branch for United Protective Services.
The Frisco Branch was opened in 2017 and Robert came to UPS in September of
that year with 11 years of experience in the security industry. He began his career
path with UPS as a Senior Account Manager and as the branch has continually
experienced tremendous growth, Robert’s success in managing the day-to-day
operations for our Security Partners has made him a natural selection to be
promoted to Branch Manager. He will now be providing managerial support &
leadership to all our clients, security teams and management personnel throughout
the Far (Far!) North Dallas security market.
Robert graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in
Criminal Justice and resides in Plano with his wife Kristina and their two sons.

SEAN PHELAN, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
HOUSTON OFFICE
Sean Phelan joins United Protective Services as Business Development Manager
in our Houston office. Sean’s territory will cover the Houston, Austin, and San
Antonio areas. Sean comes to United Protective following a successful 17-year
career in professional sports as an Account Executive with the NFL, NHL, and MLB.
He obtained a Sports Entertainment and Event Management degree from
Johnson and Wales University in Denver, Colorado, before starting his sales
career with the Denver Broncos. Sean’s focus has been on sales and new business
development with large scale events and ensuring the safety for fans and athletes
alike, which will make his transition to the security industry seamless.
He has worked for the Denver Broncos, Houston Astros, Phoenix Coyotes,
Arizona Diamondbacks and most recently the Corpus Christi Hooks.
