Wednesday October 19th; BEST IN SHOW - Dallas BOMA Trade Show 2011 – the annual BOMA Trade Show was held on Wednesday, October 19th from 2p-7p at the Dallas Market Center. United Protective was well represented and received the honor as “BEST IN SHOW’ for their themed trade show booth. Everyone had a tremendous time at the carnival!

Annual Houston BOMA Golf Classic

Monday, October 17th; the annual Houston BOMA Golf Classic was held at Black Horse Golf Club. United Protective brought home another 1st Place with the winning team scoring 14 under par. The annual event benefits the Fire Fighters Foundation of Houston as well as the Houston BOMA BAC PAC. Each member of the winning team was presented with an authentic Houston Fire Fighter helmet. Houston BOMA proudly hosts this event each year in an effort to raise money to support the Houston Fire Fighters. This year the event raised over $ 30,000.00. “Houston BOMA has been an association that gives back to the Houston community every day,” stated Andy Allen, United Protective Director. “This event supports a worthy cause; and, we are proud to have been a part of it”.

Monday, September 26th; the annual Houston IREM Golf Tournament was held at Sugar Creek Golf Course. United Protective brought home 1st Place for the second year in a row! This annual event benefits the Harris County Child Protective Services. “What a great event, we certainly enjoyed ourselves and the IREM group does a fantastic job of putting this event together,” stated Eddy Allen, “now we have to come back to try to three-peat!”
Andy Allen Elected to 2012 Houston BOMA Board of Directors
Andy Allen is the Director for United Protective Services. He opened the Houston office in 2003, and has grown the local operation to over 250 employees. Andy has been very active in BOMA
as an Allied Member; serving on the EXPO Committee and the Allied Professional Council. United Protective has been a main show sponsor for the EXPO the last
two years, and, is the YP Sponsor of the Year for 2011. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Crime Stoppers. Andy is a graduate of Sam Houston State with a BS in Criminal Justice. He
and his wife Mandy live in Katy with their two children
